We’re Allies for Allies, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families and caregivers of neurodivergent and disabled loved ones, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, rare diseases, and other complex care needs. We fondly refer to this community as Remarkable Humans.
Families and caregivers are facing a growing care crisis. Experienced caregivers do exist, but finding the right fit can be time consuming, especially on platforms not built for complex needs.
That’s why we created Care Connect by Allies for Allies, the first platform built to support Remarkable Humans and their complex care needs. Caregivers on Care Connect have direct experience supporting this community, and their profiles clearly showcase that experience, making it easier to filter and connect with the right caregiver.
Designed for all ages, from infants to adults, Care Connect helps families find trusted, experienced caregivers who truly understand complex needs.

Families can post jobs and connect with caregivers who understand their needs, while caregivers can create a profile and apply to roles that align with their skills and availability.
We're launching in the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento, with plans to expand to more communities as we grow.
