- Online Store. The Website has an online store (the “Store”) at https://alliesforallies.org/. Store transactions are processed by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), an independent third party. If you wish to make a purchase through the Store, Shopify will collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. Shopify will disclose to us your Personal Information necessary to fulfill your order. Your online purchase and the Personal Information provided to Shopify will be subject to its terms of service https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) and privacy policy https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy). The payment information that you provide in connection with a purchase is not stored by us, but is stored and used by Shopify, for it to process your purchase. By clicking the “Pay now” button on the “Check Out” page, you authorize Shopify to charge your form of payment and to process your transaction.
- Donations. We will collect certain Personal Information from you through Allies for Allies’ “Donate” page. Such Personal Information includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. Online donation transactions on the “Donate” page are processed by Payment-As-A-Service Corporation, D/B/A Click & Pledge (“Click & Pledge”). If you wish to make an online donation, your Personal Information relating to such donation will be collected by Click & Pledge and Tides Foundation. Allies for Allies Champion Fund is a Single Entity Fund of Tides Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 51-0198509). Your online donation and the Personal Information collected by Click & Pledge and Tides Foundation will be subject to their respective terms of use (https://clickandpledge.com/termsofuse/ and https://www.tides.org/terms-and-conditions/) and privacy policies (https://clickandpledge.com/privacy/ and https://www.tides.org/privacy-policy/). The payment information that you provide in connection with a donation is not stored by us, but is stored and used by Click & Pledge, for it to process your donation. By clicking the “Submit Donation” button on the “Donate” page, you authorize Click & Pledge to charge your form of payment and to process your donation.
- Correspondence With Us. You may provide Allies for Allies with your Personal Information such as your name and email address if you fill out the contact form available at alliesforallies.org/pages/contact. The Website also contains email links to contact us, and you may elect to include Personal Information in communications that you send to us through those links.
- Updates. We will collect your email address if you fill out the form on the footer of the Website to receive our updates.

- DONATIONS. You may make a donation to support Allies for Allies through the Website. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your donation will be made to Allies for Allies Champion Fund, a Single Entity Fund of Tides Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 51-0198509) and a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Tides Foundation”). Donations made to Allies for Allies Champion Fund may be tax-deductible pursuant to §170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. - PRODUCTS. Products available through the Store may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our Exchange Policy. To view our Exchange Policy, please visit https://alliesforallies.org. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear available through the Store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of the products available through the Store to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered through the Store. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Allies for Allies’ logo, name, and all custom graphics on the Website are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Allies for Allies, and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by Allies for Allies without Allies for Allies’ written permission. - NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE. As a condition of your use of the Website, you warrant to Allies for Allies that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
